I have been a professional astrologer, writer and lecturer with experience in colour healing and other alternative therapies since 1979. Before this I had a background in the performing arts. I am based in Guildford, Surrey, England and have an ongoing international clientele in countries such as for example, Scandinavia, Austria and other European countries, the USA, Dubai and Hong Kong.

 In recent times, partly arising from major transformative changes in my life, I have become more and more known as an Intuitive Astrologer and advisor. I combine expertise in the techniques of astrology with strong inner guidance, using a creative as well as a practical approach to problem solving and the improvement of timing. My interest and passion lies in assisting people via private consultations and workshops to make a leap forward as a direct result of their time with me and their birth chart.

Understanding the patterns which cause us to react in habitual ways rather than to CREATE in our lives, is vital to be healthy at all levels. We are living in powerful transformative times when the choice of being a creator or re-actor has never been stronger! We can assist this process by being more in touch with our own unique cycles of growth and change and not staying pot bound.  Okay, we don't always like cracks in the old reality, but that is where the light gets in!

Your horoscope, based on your date, time (if you know it) and place of birth, is YOUR Soul’s contract with Time and Space in this lifetime - now there’s a thought! All this information lives within you, and more and more I have grown to see it as a roadmap. The routes we take in life, with their detours, crossroads and landscapes, are up to us to choose. The signposts which help us to link with our direction and to read the inner compass are where astrology comes in.

The capacity to be more than we think we are and to heal our inner ‘wounds’ by growing in awareness, is how I like to explore and use astrology.

For those of you who know nothing about astrology, here are a few interesting thoughts: A horoscope is comprised of not just the Sun sign – the ones you see daily in the newspaper columns - but all the planets in their various signs of the zodiac on the day of your birth. Also, the ascending sign, based on your time of birth (important for understanding how you express yourself on the surface and how other people see you.) The cycles set into motion at your birth time are triggered by the progressions and the transits in your chart which indicate the times in your life when new pathways and abilities surface.

Each of the planets can be seen as a character that lives within you. Even in our everyday vocabulary we have the words jovial, loony, plutocratic, martial and mercurial – a direct link with Jupiter, Moon, Pluto, Mars and Mercury. In my work, I look to see what needs strengthening in your nature and what is timely to be released. We wouldn’t need all this help if we trusted our inner timing and instincts, but how many of us do?

I feel very privileged to work in this way with people from all walks of life. I enjoy keeping a balance in my consultations with personal, business, relationship, and - something I have been doing much more of recently - children and family charts.

Under a different umbrella I run a Temporal/Timing Business Consultancy called 'Catch The Wave,' helping people to recognize and work with their timing of events, location changes, corporate decisions, projects, contracts and personal growth.

Under a more artistic umbrella, I created ‘Star Performances’: an experiential way of bringing the horoscope alive. It is a canopy for workshops and consultations for performing artistes and students and for people who just wish to explore their creativity with the help of the clues and insights gleaned from their charts. At the same time, I produced a book in CD form called 'To Touch The Face of The Stars' - A Magical Journey to meet the Key Characters of the Planets within you in Words, Imagery and Music.

If I was asked what makes my work tick and is unique to me, I would answer that it’s the art of making an ancient, yet timeless subject accessible to the everyday person. My art lies in keeping it simple, allowing the birth chart and inner being of the client to talk with me, so that gently powerful changes can take place on this magical journey of life.
